Whistleblowing, or the reporting of suspected wrongdoing, is a tool that allows the whistleblower (i.e., the reporting person) to confidentially report illegal conduct, understood as violations of Italian and EU regulatory provisions, or even violations of the company's internal regulations, which result in harm to the public interest or the integrity of the private entity.
In light of the provisions introduced by Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, HT Italia S.r.l. – as a company with personnel exceeding 50 employees – has implemented a Whistleblowing reporting procedure with a dedicated internal channel for reporting illegal conduct, consisting of violations of legislative provisions.
The goal is to protect and promote positive behavior from staff and all individuals identified by the regulations, as specified in the Procedure, who have become aware of the illegality or illegitimacy of another person's conduct in the workplace.
